Homes

We have 28 places to live, all on a 30+ acre plot. 24 of these are mobile homes and 4 are houses. The community is surrounded by a stucco wall centered on two grandiose entrances. All roads are paved and each plot has a storage unit and a brush fire pit included. Due to extensive damages in the past, we do not accept pets at this time.  

What's Included

All of our homes are fully furnished and move-in ready. We even include washer and dryers. As the property is supported by a series of wells, water and sewer is already incorporated into the monthly rent. In addition to all of the above, trash is taken care of, you simply have to drop it in the container before pick up dates.  

Landscaping

We maintain a set of utility tools, lawn mowers, blowers and weed eaters for use by our tenants. Grab the provided fuel and you're on your way. The only thing needed is the effort and during peak lawn seasons, we may even be able to provide maintenance options! See the landlord if you are a tenant and have a green thumb or passion for outdoor work. We may have a job for you!

Please Help!

We are a small community who prefers to have minimal impact on the environment. But we cannot do this without you. We ask that you stay on the paved roads at all costs to prevent damage to the aesthetics we hope to maintain. Being on septic systems, each home is rated for a certain number of tenants. Please be water and environmentally conscious.  

No Lease!

  • Houses are ~1200sqft and $950/month with a 30 day formal move-out notice is required.
  • Mobile Homes are ~800sqft and $650/month with a 15 day formal move-out notice required.
  • Security deposit + 1st Month's Rent + Last months rent is due upon signing the contract. 
  • You must be able to pass a credit/background check.

The Eagle's Nest in Sneads Ferry is located ten minutes from Courthouse Bay as well as Stone Bay making easy commute into the back gate or to MARSOC. Truly the best deal in town with our updated and renovated two bedroom homes, fully furnished with washer/dryer, central heat/air, all at peak condition and cleanliness! There is a wooden deck, storage shed at each with water, sewer and trash included. Constantly maintained, we fix anything as soon as the problem arises; available 24/7. 


The Eagle's Nest is a 30-acre plot of woods where we carved out 28 spots for houses and mobile homes. Each has approximately an acre of land around it, so that you live secluded and quiet. There is a kilometer of paved roads throughout the property, as well as paved parking areas at each dwelling. The entire 30 acres are surrounded by a security wall with two entrances each flanked by iron gates. 


The Eagle's Nest gives you a country-club setting at "trailer park" prices. Our rent is among the lowest in the area. Our military can easily save half of their housing allowance! 


As a military move in special, personnel with proof of current active military service are not required to pay the last month's rent up front to move in.
